Lone Star's are pretty good. Best I've had in PP. I'm a rib nazi and my own are excellent, but if you want great and you're in BKK, try Great American Rib Co. on Soi 36. I'd be happy with these ribs in Memphis or KC. I read on TA that they had gone downhill a bit after the owner Wes died. Not any more, our racks were superb, so good we ate them with no sauce. They've got another joint in Hua Hin as well. ps: it's a lot cheaper to split a full rack rather than ordering 2 half racks. It's still plenty of food.
