For anyone considering purchasing this business, this is what the owner posted as the reason for selling...

It's a combination of factors, but most recently noise issues for one of our neighbours. We now have a police-issued 10pm cut-off for loud(ish) music which makes this place nonviable as a music bar. The space would make a perfect restaurant/cocktail/sunset bar though - just not for us

But the police would have been impressed with the pallet furniture, surely. Pallets are great, as pallets. Invented by the US in WW2 I believe and together with forklifts transformed logistics. Pacific tribes people were astonished by fork lifts. Robotics even then taking their booty.
