I AM: Previous tenant / leaseholder
PROPERTY HAS:
* Ground floor (E0): gate; parking space for 1 car; glass doors (ideal for office/business); low and wide stairs; living room (or office lobby/reception); kitchen area (or extension of office space); 1 toilet room; 1 bedroom with windows and attached big bathroom, with water heater and toilet inside
* First floor (E1): space for clothes dryer; 2 bedrooms with windows and attached 2 big bathrooms with water heater and toilet inside
PERIOD: Available starting 1st April 2017. We have a lease on the house until mid-November 2017. You can extend the lease directly with the house owner, if you like.
PRICE: $450 per month. We require two months deposit (non-negotiable).
UTILITIES: For electricity, water and garbage, pay the bill directly to the government office, or ask the house owner to pay on your behalf and they’ll do it.

DESCRIPTION: The house is well taken care of. It was newly painted when we moved 3 months ago. The house has natural light and good ventilation. Internal wiring system is not a problem.
The house owner is friendly and helpful with any issues you have with the house. Their kids speak fluent English so you won’t have a problem communicating with them.
Neighbours are friendly. Street 428 is a quiet street and there’s minimal traffic. Just one block away from Street 428 are the busy streets of 105 and 432, where you can see restos, small shops and convenience stores.
