FIFA Ticker at the top... keep it or chuck it?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. I used Opera for many years and it WAS easily the best browser out there. Unfortunately they have largely given up Development by dropping their Presto Engine and becoming a Chrome wannabe. Too bad they stripped out all their features and have been so slow to add them back in.

Stroppy, why wouldn't he be? Did I (obviously) miss something?

Thanks Joon. He was a chronic poster here (as bad as FC and myself) and suddenly went silent when his mental health was questioned. RD and Jaap had already advised he is active elsewhere.

Now that the US is eliminated from the competition, no one, I repeat NO ONE gives a rat's ass about the World Cup so feel free to remove that awful ticker box immediately.
