back in 2008 i worked for a Singaporean company that was producing a travel guide in Cambodia, ( i ran the marketing dept)
his other enterprise was training Cambodian girls to be maids that would be sent to Singapore and Malaysia
They lived in a 5 bedroom house in PP ( there were usually 8-10 girls at a time) an were taught how to be a maid an speak English,He arranged the passports , jobs and visas
he told me is made quite a bit of $$
