I'm obviously not vlad, but I also got my motorbike insured with Infinity. They needed the registration/owner card and my Khmer drivers license. My dl is a B series, my bike a Honda Wave.

Registration/Sale agreement
They may have asked for a copy of my passport, but I think that was ID for the policy, not the bike as such.
About $150/year, theft/accident/3rd party
