Cambodian Metal Music

Have questions or resources regarding Khmer Culture? This forum is all about the Kingdom of Cambodia's culture. Khmer language, Cambodian weddings, French influence, Cambodian architecture, Cambodian politics, Khmer customs, etc? This is the place. Living in Cambodia can cause you to experience a whole new level of culture shock, so feel free to talk about all things related to the Khmer people, and their traditions. And if you want something in Khmer script translated into English, you will probably find what you need.

Seems incredibly repetitive to me. I found little distinction between any of those.
Most of that I think I heard back in the 70's from the likes of Ozzie & Black Sabbath 45 effin yrs. ago.

Cambos cutting edge rock scene. Right!

Drop by any Khmer wedding, birthday, deathday event. All the distortion you could ever want. And more.

Hi Jamie.

I know this post is getting a little old now, but I just wanted to share a couple of local, Khmer Heavy Metal acts with you. All three below will be playing at the big music festival in Phnom Penh on Saturday afternoon near Wat Langka, so it looks like I'll be getting my first Khmer headbang on this weekend. Enjoy...

Nightmare A.D. - Corruptors E.P.

Doch Chkae - Kam Knea Doch Chkae

Sliten6ix - Nevermore (Live)
