VIP bus slams into motorbike, Sihanoukville.
9 January 2017. Around 9am on National road 4 in Sihanoukville province, a VIP bus hit a Honda C-125 black motorbike from behind. The driver, a 65 year old retired military man, was slightly injured. The bus driver fled the scene of the accident.

There's a big chunk of hard shoulder on that bit of road, presumably he gave the guy a little kiss as he pinged out of his driveway with Buddha doing the looking left. He's nudged him with the offside, doesn't explain what he was doing on the hard shoulder or why he would run away. Maybe he was wankered, but surely the passengers would have noticed? Normally on Route 4 the moto is splattered in the middle of the road, from my general observations going past.
