Buying a mobile phone...in Vietnam

I know this CEO, not VEO,but does anybody here have a good idea of where to buy a mobile phone in either Hanoi or HCMC? I am asking for some friends as they will be there.

I bought a cheapo Nokia in HCMC, but I'm assuming that's not what you are talking about?

HCMC has about a billion phone shops. There was a street that had about 20 shops, all next door to each other. I started at one end, checked every shop, then purchased at the one with the best price and service. Sorry, but I don't remember the name. It was awhile ago. Tell your friends to ask people they meet where to go, and check many shops.
