SHV Foreigners living in the dumps (ie.40-60$ rooms)

You can't polish a turd, expats in $40-$60 rooms in bad areas of SHV are life's economic failures and spending any excess on beer and drugs is to drown the misery. Necessity not choice.

I saw him driving out of some meth infested hooker shacks by CT clinic a couple hours later...hence the post.
Maybe has why hes living in a dump ... menal healh problems maybe . heres a few ou here ,

Nah,, I think he just speaks with an accent.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
