Wow. the guy with the camera was pretty stupid, if you ask me. So was the cop.

Anyone recognize the country of the license plate?

On 1.40 you can see a Volkwagen Passat with a Russian license plate, imo.

Edit: even when you watch this video in the safety of your home, you sort of want to get away from the scene, funny how that works...

This reminds me when I had a 2 1/2" brass lip stick cover with a pack of 2" firecrackers plus marbles. You could shoot out street lights relatively well with a hand launch. Don't ask me why, It just worked, what fun to see if you could. Thinking back, WTF. Blowing out the support pillars at school, after a while, just became boring, needed new challenges.



How did you fuck up your neighborhood when you were 13 ? :lol:
