Poor guy. Some very strange things get picked up on CCTVs. It was too late to save him, but his death has been recorded for posterity.

Unfortunately it resembles a video-gag on a TV show. Some people can't tell the difference.

Loads of these "storm drains" criss-crossing Bangkok. I call them open sewers.
