Maybe it's the water? Are you brushing your teeth, rinsing your mouth with tap water? I don't know where you live, but even if the tap water is "clean" it can be a problem until your insides get used to it.

Yes, but according to the experts on the water thread this should be fine! Actually, we're intentionally allowing ourselves to get used to the local conditions, we'd rather do it tough now and build up a tolerance. We seem to be doing much better now, which is right in the acclimatizing period that others predicted.
