Armed and dangerous; two shooting incidents between military officers.
In two separate incidents on Monday, arguments between armed military officers tragically left one man dead and another injured after shots were fired:

“[The two] had a scuffle and the suspect’s K-59 was triggered, shooting the victim in the neck and causing him to die at the scene,” said Regiment 1 Commander Chan Sarath, who had been 50 metres from the incident...
In a separate case on Monday, in Battambang’s Svay Por commune, military police officer Teng Thean, 34, shot 24-year-old Proeun Ratha in the leg during an argument.
“He was drunk and angry so he shot the victim in the leg. The victim has been taken to the hospital,”commune police chief Lay Phan Ny said...
