not the way i would choose to die

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

not the way i would choose to die

Post by phuketrichard »

CCTV footage from Phuket captured the moment a pedestrian ran on to a busy road and lay down in front of an oncoming car that runs straight over them…. before driving off :(

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

What a moronic way to check out.
"Life is too important to take seriously."

"Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh."

Too much chance of being horribly injured rather than being killed outright.

While a sergeant in the Education Corps during WW2, Anthony Burgess gave a talk entitled *The British Way and Purpose* to some servicemen.

One of his hearers was so moved by this that he went and put his head on a railway line (with the desired result.)

SS - No, Guy Burgess was the traitor-spy and Anthony Burgess (*Clockwork Orange* etc.,) was the novelist.
