A salesman asking for help?

I am a swimming pool, spa, steam, and sauna salesman. However, I want to expand my network. But, I dont know who to reach out. My targets are people who have information about newly potential construction sites in Cambodia. I tried to ride around town and look for site myself but it was a time-consuming way. For sources who have information will get commission from my company.

there is no short cut to anything this world, i used to be a door to door saleman
