Uncle Sam's (America) credit card is maxed out and we still send billions of dollars to countries that hate us, countries that have defacto dictators and Islamic counties that hate us and send people/Imams to America to kill Americans or talk Muslim's into killing fellow American's. Time to shut off all foreign aid, remove US troops from countries that don't pay the US to have them there and start investigating our politicians that want to spend, spend, spend. Turn the US military into a profit making business and pay the military people decent salaries. You don't pay up, we don't protect you. The US has the muscle to collect debts, so where is all the free oil from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc for saving their butts? Uncle Sugar needs to rethink how he operates.

National debt hits $5.7B, but deemed manageable
... The newly released national debt figure puts Cambodia’s debt-to-GDP at about 31 percent, with the Kingdom’s 15.5 million people on the hook for about $367 each.Cambodia’s national debt has more than doubled over the past 10 years, climbing from $2.4 billion in 2006, but rapid economic growth has kept the debt-to-GDP ratio roughly the same.

The increase in debt is being driven largely by an increase in bilateral loans from China, which accounts for some 80 percent of outstanding debt...
