Win a restaurant on Koh Phangan Thailand
2 ladies from Quebec are selling their place with a lottery drawing
Today, they want to sell and have decided to organize a lottery to find the buyer.
"The ticket costs $ 75 and the winner walks away with a turnkey project," says Isabelle Paquin during an interview on Skype

Copying what was recently done by a family who owned an island resort, will try and find the link. I think it's a great idea, both for the seller and the winner of the raffle.

Our Story
Crave was a dream that came to life 6 years ago.
A very successful restaurant here on Koh Phangan Island.
It started with Valerie back packing through out Thailand with her step father. After 3 weeks they decided that a hotel was in order for the last part of their journey. Their final destination was here on Koh Phangan where she fell in love with the island, the people and the laid back vibe.
A year later she and her friend Myriam, came for a month holiday. While sitting in a horizon pool over looking the ocean and craving french fries and burgers…Crave was born.
After going home to Quebec Canada, they both decided to come back to the island to follow their dream and open Crave Restaurant & Lounge. Coming into the 6th year of Crave the business has become more successful each season. Now known world wide with regular customers coming back each holiday season and a huge local clientele.
Recently thoughts of another dream has surfaced and with this came the idea of selling Crave. But going through the process, it became evident that there was a better way to convey the business. It was not only about selling the restaurant but the opportunity to live the lifestyle Koh Phangan offers.
Being inspired by an Australian family’s story in Micronesia, it was decided that the opportunity of living the dream would be raffled off with Crave as part of the winnings. With the purchase of a ticket, you have the chance to change your life, to have a stress free dream come true. You can win an established working restaurant in the hub of Koh Phangan, with the rent and staff wages paid up front for 2 years. A working capital of $5000 US, 2 adult airfares from anywhere in the world paid for. Inclusive in this package are 2 scooters, a truck, a 2 bedroom island house, rent paid for 2 years and all legal costs covered.
Not only do you have the chance to win a dream life, for those that could not even think it possible to have a dream like this, the opportunity is yours for the taking. It ’s possible for anyone that wants to change their life, and here is the living proof that it can happen.
Remaining profits will be donated to Phangan Animal Care for Strays, a voluntary animal shelter, that Crave has supported throughout the years, to provide a full time veterinarian so the island strays can get the treatment when needed, which is everyday.
The winner has 6 months to come over, there will be 1 month training and further support with the operating and running of the restaurant if needed. Not many people feel the need to give back to the community, it is definitely not the case here. Helping change someones life for the better and the local community is the objective of this incredible raffle.
It’s time to share this dream life with you….are you courageous enough to dream big?

Dear dreamers,
Dear participants,
Many of you have embarked on the dream with us and want to continue this dream come true. Thank you for your enthusiasm and your trust.
Unfortunately, due to a misinterpreted clause in the preparation of our project, we must end the draw Dreamlife Phangan. As we are in a foreign country and that the laws are complex, the continuity of the draw may cause a risk of negative consequences. All ticket holders will be refunded via PayPal, by 4 September 2016.
Despite this, our intention to convey our Dreamlife Phangan project remains the same and we are confident that we will find another way to share this lifestyle adventure.
We were all moved by your positive and supportive comments and especially by the fact that our story has been able to turn this small flame into a roaring fire which is needed to dream big. From the bottom of our hearts we appreciate all your wonderful shares on social media.
Thank you for your understanding and we invite you to share your suggestions to help us continue this crazy idea to live this beautiful and unique life experience.

Thailand - what to say ? This is a bit of a dream-dampener.
Good luck to the ladies anyway.

Re: Win a restaurant on Koh Phangan Thailand
i would start the draw, rigged it so that one of my trustees would win it, keep the money, and transfer back the title on a later more convenient date, but thats just me
Money is not the problem, the problem is no money

More of a dream than real life, it seems.
