Kent Fransis, Canadian Expat Crashed his Car in Koh Kong Province

Koh Kong, local police said, rescue team had rescued a Canadian man, Kent Fransis, a driver and his Cambodian wife including a man, his wife's relative as they were seriously and lightly injured after running his car off the national road 48 in Botom Sakor district, Koh Kong province. The accident happened aroudn 10:00 am on 16 September 2016 when the car was heading from Koh Kong province to Phnom Penh city. Police said, the driver, the Canadian man was seriously injured as he got stuck inside the driver seat. The three later were taken by ambulance to the hospital.
