those which did not pay to appear ... and online information is very often way out of date.

Places like restaurants move, change hands and change names and - sadly - go out of business.

You'd have to print a new map every two weeks.....

Notice No. 292 of Ministry of Tourism, date 08 August 2016

By Notice No.292, the Ministry of Tourism launched a new online system to register tourism-related businesses and tour guides who are required to have a license. The aim of this new system is to reduce barriers for the private sector. To submit online tourism applications and supporting documents, applicants can visit http://www.cambodiatourismindustry.org and make a payment of the tourism license fee by Wing."

Hanno says that a new SR map would be needed every 2 weeks -

... so part of the deal would be to have an updated website so that map users would know that Haven
has moved and that Bunlinda Hostel has been renamed.

Map users could amend their own maps, which would be amusing fun for some.
