This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. Sourcing quality whey protein supplements

Post by telephoneoperator »

What are you suggestions and tips on sourcing quality whey protein supplements?

A friend recommended the Protein Shop near The Place Fitness Club in BKK1. However, they seem price-y when compared with shops in Singapore, for instance.

Take a look at their offerings below along with prices:

Other online sources claim to provide protein tubs at a substantive cost-reduction, because they don't have a physical brick&mortar store, plus they are probably not paying taxes on imported goods. However, I mainly concerned about getting cheated and buying adulterated/fake products.

Any recommendations from you guys?

Here's a couple. Go to market by chick breast, fish, legumes, brown, black, red rice, eggs, etc.
Food is the most anabolic substance. Protein supplements are a waste of $. Lift, eat, sleep.
Rinse & repeat.
