Introduce Yourself

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Honestly, I been hanging at Snookville more than 365 days and never drank except one time when I entered into wrong boat and got to koh Ta Kiov?? There was no return boat to mainland that day. I drank 15 to 20 pints. But yes, thank you Ms. is never too late like they say :beer1:

Hi,

I'm new here. I plan on moving over to Cambodia soon, probably to Phnom Penh, to begin with, to teach English. I reckon that's probably quite old hat for this site, but, nevertheless, this is where I find myself.

I'll have tonnes of questions, but for now I'll just say hello. Hello!

Hello is a good start Ryan. Welcome. If you have questions on moving to Cambodia try "Ask the Expats" where you will get all sorts of answers. :beer3:

Welcome! Yeah, the more questions the better to help you have a smooth landing here. We're pretty friendly and will offer good advice, and even if it's been asked before, we can point you to the topic where it was answered before.

What's your background? A lot of factors when it comes to landing a decent teaching gig.

Have fun on CEO!

So for the last 10 years you have lived in a black hole, with no internet assess to this or the other forum ?,,,, I bet it is like being reborn again.

Come on , tell us your previous handle.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
