Having a problem with Cambodian insurance carrier choosing not to pay claim. Anyone know who I might talk to in Sihanoukville? Need ASAP.

Otherwise I could give you the names of the three or four local lawyers I have seen working here but I wouldn't recommend any of them.
I could also tell you old stories regarding how Caminko had to pay for some unjustified claims regardless the PP head office telling how fishy it all seemed to them. No lawyers involved then.

Vehicular accident. No definitive fault by either party. A national carrier is demanding I pay half of 9K to cover third parties med bills + moto. I'd rather not mname company due to the arcvane defamation laws this country holds in such high regard.
However they have been mentioned elsewhere in this thread. Nuff said on that.

under scope of coverage
Policy clearly states ins. co. to pay for:
a) bodily injury, disability or death; and/or
b) damage to motor vehicle or property.

one broken leg involved to the best of my knowledge. The ins. co. is not being forthright in divulging info regarding med bills etc.

I need an attorney to point this out to them.

Nikolai Doroshenko has no bearing on this matter what so ever.

Ask Stan Kahn over in Kampot. I imagine he would know being the victim of an accident that was subject to protracted negotiations.

^ but Stan didn't have insurance, his negotiations were solely with the person who clearly, drunkenly smashed into his parked car.
