Body of A Man With His Legs Chained Found Floating in The River

Phnom Penh, according to Koh Santepheap Daily News, a body of man with both of his legs chained found floating in the river by people living on the bank of the river around 7:30 am on 19 August 2016 located in Chroy Changva district, Phnom Penh.

The identity of the man is not known. He was wearing a jean and yellow T-short.

The motivation behind the murder is unknown. Police is investigation and searching for the identity of the man.
