Geese in large flocks taking off for the winter are scary, some of the scariest sounding shit out there.

Mrs Stroppy's uncle took us out on the canals in Holland for the day. We crossed through a great lake where ducks and geese were sitting silently waiting for the magic trigger to migrate. There were millions of them, but they were silent. It was really creepy.
