this is Koh Phi Phi, have you ever been? its a very small island and the "town" is mainly just made up of a small market and a load of bars, hostels and bungalows, you can walk from the pier/beach on one side, through the "town" to the beach on the other side in like 2 minutes? there is no roads lol
its just full of backpackers, its like serendipity+beach road and thats it, or like saying is it acceptable to walk around Koh Rong in a bikini

Point taken. I didn't know that, they said "street", and beach is different. However, anyone walking around serendipity off the beach should wear clothes IMO.
