Update...

Had his operation 2 days ago. The orthopaedic surgeon said everything went perfect. If we get the updated xrays, I'll post them on here.

Mum and little one are fine. The confirm that the medical care is good (in her khmer opinion) and free. She does have to supply the food and drinks for herself and the patient.

They say there the lucky ones. The hospital is full of worse cases, mainly car accident victims.

3 months later. Young fella is going strong. Sorry about the xray picture quality. High res digital photography is not a cambodian priority.
