Prime Minister HE lashed out at CNRP Vice President Kem So­kha and Phnom Penh’s foreign diplomatic corps on Wednesday, threatening to imprison Mr. Sokha “forever” and warning diplomats not to get too close to the opposition or risk relations with Cambodia.
