Anyone know this guy ? (The days when you could get quietly plastered and roll about on the grass in public are sadly long gone.)

Re: Intoxicated wounded man in HE Park
Mugging victim according to Hang Meas http://hangmeasdaily.com/index.php/2015 ... 2-03-47-03
Australian, in his 40s. Punched in the stomach, (which caused bleeding of some sort) telephone stolen. He kept hold of his wallet during the struggle, but fell to the ground.
All of the above according to a witness who talked to him and translated for the reporter.
When police were notified they came, found him injured and got him a tuk-tuk to take him to Calmette.
They haven't confirmed the incident, as they got him to Calmette a.s.a.p.

I think he's in labor.
Someone on Facebook said it looks like this guy, but I beg to differ, especially with your extra info, Rama.
