FIFA Ticker at the top... keep it or chuck it?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

For Internet Explorer, one has a good hard look at oneself.

Only positive thing I can say about Opera is that they're a very fast adopter of HTML5 features... which is probably easy when you only have like 150 users to support.

Do you think they'll adopt other standards too?

If it's new and exciting and might get people to notice them.

We actually used it for an embedded project once simply because most of the project was using HTML5 features that only they supported. Their CSS adoption and a few of their Javascript limitations was garbage though and made styling and interacting with the thing a real pain in the ass.

I was going to mention CSS in my tongue-in-cheek question, but you read my mind so well anyway...

It's appalling... while IE has come around to being a decent browser (9 and 10 weren't bad really) Opera is really the new IE6.

To be fair, IE10 is a reasonable browser. I refuse to accept Bing as an enforced search engine though.
