A Woman Arrested in Battambang for Insulting HE on Facebook

Battambang: According to Nokorwatnews, the military police in Battambang province arrested a woman in Battambang province as she was suspected of creating facebook account to insult prime minister HE. The arrest was carried out on 24 June 2016 and she was already sent to the provincial court.

According to the report, the arrested woman named Pang Sina, 35 years old, chef, living in Thmey village, Trang commune, Komrieng district, Battambang province. She was arrested by provincial military police for insulting prime minister HE on facebook.

Police said the facebook account that posted insulting words toward the prime minister which really affected his reputation named Sina Neak Meas.

Before the police, the suspect said she didn't insult the leader. She tried to clarify that her phone lost on 12 May 2016 and after awhile she realised that someone was using her account to insult the leader.

The text on Thy Sovantha picture reads: Youn woman sold their bodies for nation and useless woman like Thy Sovantha sold the nation and gave away her genital for free for a Lexus.




The text reads: HE died from air-crash, congratulation.
