A 2 years-old boy died, suffering from drowning in a jar

Bathnombong: Major Sun Sovana, Song Ke district police chief told the report on June 15, 2016 at 7:30 am at group 27, Ta Mem pagoda, Or Dombong commune, Song Ke district that, a case of a 2 years-old boy, Reth Nasa, died suffering from drowning lived at the above location.

The victim was left to stay with his grandmother when his mother went for her business at Pra Thmey. Unfortunately, he was drowned in a jar, suffered to die.

Police claimed that the death of this little boy was exactly from drowning in the jar.

ពាង = A large earthenware storage jar (especially for storing water)

I can see how those would be really dangerous for a toddler. Once they climb in, no way out.
