Two European Fugitives Arrested on Fraud Charges in Thailand.

Thai immigration police have arrested two foreign fraudsters this past week in raids in Chonburi and Udon Thani for unrelated crimes in Europe.
65-year-old Italian national, Mauro Saguato, a former company executive, was wanted on an Interpol red notice for embezzling 1.25 million Euros.
Pol Lt Gen Natthorn Phorsunthorn, chief of the Immigration Bureau, said at a press conference in Bangkok on Wednesday that Saguato had fled to Thailand in 2013 and was arrested on May 22nd at an apartment in Pattaya.
The second fraudster was named as Marian Nicolau, 36, of Romania who is the alleged leader of a credit card skimming gang also wanted under an Interpol red notice.
Nicolau and his gang are said to have used fake credit and debit cards to withdraw substantial amounts of cash in numerous countries across mainland Europe.
He fled to Thailand in a bid to escape authorities but was apprehended at a condo in Udon Thani on May 21st, according to Pol Lt Gen Natthorn...

71-year-old Donald Charles Frances was apprehended at the Dee Apartments in Soi Buakhaow on May 27th by the chief of Chonburi Immigration, Pol. Col. Prapansak Prasansook, and a number of other immigration officers.
After initial questioning the British pensioner was then taken to immigration for questioning over allegations he attempted to sell a property valued at 3,500,0000 baht to another foreigner that didn’t belong to him, and fled with a 300,000 baht deposit...
