Poker in Sihanoukville, some questions

Hello all,

I'm planing to stay about 15 days in Sihanoukville to relax of course but also to play poker.

I have read on this and some others forums that there are active tables there.
Are there good players than can afford high stakes?
Are theses tables "legit" : i mean no "angle shouting", no cambodian talking during a hand etc;.?
My main problem is about security.
I have heard "stories" about cambodia and also 2 of my friends are cambodian native and they told me not to play there..
So i would have sometimes a lot of cash on me : is that place dangerous by night? Can i trust locals of the casino?
Is it risky to let some cash inside the safetys boxes of hotels?

If there's any table talk, it's likely to be Chinese.

I've met international players who've been in the Fortuna's competition, I met one of the owners who's an Asian Australian, it's about as legit as you'll get here. Queenco has an Israeli owner and apart from avoiding arguments with Russians in the car park seems pretty legit too. I think most of the big casinos you should be ok in, the private games on the beach that get advertised on FB might be the ones to avoid. I knew an American guy, liked his poker, spent a lot of time in the casinos here and he wasn't short of a bob. Never bitched about them.
Don't walk round with large wads of cash, especially coming out of the casino at 5am. But that's true for most countries. If you have money get a car and driver or at least your own pet tuk-tuk who'll wait round for you.

I played in PP at Naga and Riverkings a few years ago and also down at Fortuna and Queensco in Snooky. Never once had a problem with any type of collusion. Not sure how the games are now but the PP games were so fishy and deep stacks of cambo mega-whales it was unreal and wish I could stay much longer. The games in Snooky were a lot more tighter and all foreigners.
