18 Vietnamese were arrested
Phnom Penh : police of Immigration Department of Interior Ministry, leaded by Marjor General Ouk Haysela, a head of Investigation and Procedure Implementation Department has raided two coffee shops along street 336 and 223, located in Darm Kor Market commune, Toul Kork district, finding 18 Vietnamese, 12 women who have been working illegally in Cambodia.
All of them had been working at Fin Say Gone coffee shops and they had been sent to Immigration Department for a legal procedure, confirmed Mr. Ouk Haysela

Thank goodness that serious illegal waitress crimvewave is solved and the perpetrators brought to justice. Now if they could only round up the glue sniffing sword wielding roving gangs.

these cafe are bj cafe, i guess the vietnamese brought their "cultures" here, 2 coffee shops need 12 waitress???
