AEON Congratulations
Wow, I'm very impressed with AEON. But hang on a sec, I'm not talking about AEON in PP , but the AEON that opened recently in Kota Bharu, Malaysia. It's much , much bigger than PP, and was full of people with thousands of eateries of all sorts , all countries, and the shops were full of merchandise with people buying. I'm already planning on a return trip there and staying much longer next time. Prices were comparable to Thailand , eg , large rotisserie chicken $4 , would be $6 for a scrawny village chicken in pp.
Hey, did I mention food, I came back and weighed myself and I had put on 2 kg.
Took my brother - in -law with me this time , for his first o/seas trip and he was impressed with the train ride Klia2 to BTS bus station, then the hundreds of big flash Scania buses that arrived or left from there. Sister-in-law has just invited herself to go with me next time, but that's ok, it's better than chatting up fat, short Malaysian girls wearing a tent over their head.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

why Khota Bharu? visa run? I find KB rather boring compared to Penang and not nearly as many things to do.
I pay 115 baht for a whole BBQ chicken at Big C $3.30
Malaysia is best for Indian and Malaysian curries

Good on them. The mall here in Phnom Penh seem pretty well managed so far. And mornings are still quiet enough to enjoy a coffee peacefully, at one of the many shops. And Starbucks opening there soon! Hopefully they will serve regular drip like in Bangkok.
