A dead body of an unknown man, looked about 30 years- old found floating at in Basak river, under the Mony Vong bridge, located in Chak Angre Ler commune, Meanchey district, Phnom Penh at 1:30 pm on April 29, 2016.

After seeing that, district police, cooperating with bridge guarders had driven boat in a purpose of pulling out the body for an autopsy. The victim wore a T-shirt with shorts ; however, he was not identified since the body was swollen and septic.

The body has been keeping at Chak Angre Ler pagoda, waiting for relatives to pick up. But if there is no body comes, it will be cremated.

I'm surprised anything can float in that river, it's barely a dribble. Probably dumped from nearby.

OP, Monivong is the name of the king who reigned from 1927 till 1941. It is disrespectful to change his name like that.
