Phnom Penh: A black man drove very fast in a purpose of escaping from the two thieves and unfortunately, he crashed the street corner and a flower shop. It was occurred at 11:00 pm on April 24, 2016 opposite a flower shop along street 598 at Toul Songke village, Toul Songke commune, Roursey Keo district.
According to the source, the black man, drives a white car, Corola, plate number Phnom Penh ​2T-6475 and he lives at Borey Vimean Phnom Penh.
Before the incident happened, the black man was seen driving his white Corola car from southern to northern while the other unknown two men were also driving a motorcycle on the right side of his car in a purpose of shooting which made him get fear and increased the speed to hit the street corner and flower shop, suffering little damage, said the florist.

After that the perpetrator had turned back their motorcycle and escaped away.
And the florist asked for a compensation $20 to finish everything. However, the black man promised to compensate tomorrow morning since the two perpetrator were not yet arrested.

Since there was nothing serious, police allowed the black man to leave without blaming.
