Kampong Chhnang: One man burned his mother in law's house after getting drunk and angry with his wife for not coming home for Khmer New Year. It occurred on April 15, 2016 at Kbal Tnal village, Psa village, Boribor district, Kampong Chhnang province. And he was arrested after that.

The perpetrator' name is Ouk Phon, 34 and the victim's name is Pek Tom, 71, a widow woman whose house was built from wood, 5mx6m in size, covering by palm tree leaves on the wall and roof.

According to the victim, the perpetrator was jealous with his wife and most of the time had arguments whenever they were on the phone.

He is now has been sent to Boribor police station for an legal action.
