Kandal:

A young man got furious and pulled the stick to smash the victim's motorcycles, devastating seriously after he was looked. After it happened, police came to do an intervention and arrested the perpetrator for a legal action.

This case occurred at 10: 30 am on April 5, 2016 along street 14, in front of Mr Sang Mao's house, located at Spean Dek village, Prek Tunlab commune, Lerk Dek district.

Lerk Dek district police confirmed that, the suspect's name is Yong Yarn, male, 24 whose job is not known, lives at the above location. The victim's name is Sarem Sarun, male, 35, a farmer lives at the same place of the suspect. He owns a motorcycle, black Dream 2013 model, 120, plate number, Kandal 10-8373.

The victim, Sarem Sarun had driven his motorcycle and stopped along the pavement, street 14, in front of Mr Sang Mao's house and he suddenly, headed to sleep in a hammock. While he was sleeping, the suspect was also walking and looking around Mr Sang Mao's house. Meanwhile, the victim was looking at the suspect who was going to northern way. In a short moment, the perpetrator came back with a big stick about 1 meter and smashed the victim's motorcycle angrily, suffering a serious destroy, added the source.

Police had came to do an intervention and arrested the perpetrator for a legal action after the case occurred.
