A friend of mine has also suggested the Canary Islands, opening a Thai/Chinese. He stayed there for years and knows all about doing business and the right location. Plenty to think about.

Don't think too much! That's what I do, and I get nothing accomplished. Definitely check out PP, if you can find a suitable location at a good rent, I reckon the risk/reward is worth a try.

the canary islands are Volcanic islands off the north west coast of Africa, owned by the Spanish...
