Sihanoukville: A man's dead body was found floating in the sea by a fisherman at about 3:00pm on March 24,2016 along Chonlos and Rursey islands, located at Prey Nup district. It was pulled out with a string by sea army officer to keep at Poy machov beach at Korki village Betrang commune, Prey Nup district.

The sea army officer said that, after being informed about the case, they suddenly went to the place where it was happened. Since the dead body was too swollen to get out of the water, the police officer used the string to help pulling out from the sea and kept it at Poymachov beach for an autopsy.

There hasn't got any clear detail about the dead body's identify yet.The man is supposed to be about 20 years old, a Khmer boat worker.

An Autopsy Department officer, Sarath Vichyea raised that, the reason of the man's death is hard to identify since the body is too swollen to do an autopsy. And his death was supposed to be between 7:00am to 10:00am before it was found.
