the step up in weight was too much, similar effects as to why i sometimes struggle, stepping up so much in weight effects your training, he wasnt at peak fitness etc due to not wanting to lose too much weight etc. he didnt look his usual sharp self, very respectful to how he took the defeat hes a smart guy and he knows how and why he lost
was a cracking fight though

yeah he could easily go after the 155lbs belt no problem, 165-170 is a push though
