Organized crime threatens peace and prosperity in an integrated Southeast Asia
Cambodia is a "hub" for drugs ? Maybe true, but the opiate drugs come from north and east as always. As well as meth from Thailand and Laos. I think the UNODC is behind the times, this is not new. IMO, Thailand is where it happens.
