Ok, this is really confusing : Aren't they all supposed to be on the same side ?
Two RCAF officers were arrested Wednesday after opening fire on a group of Kampong Seila district authorities while on assignment to protect a large farm in Preah Sihanouk province's Stung Chhay commune, according to a provincial military police commander.

Major Seng Narong, deputy commander of Kampong Seila Military Police, said that the two suspects were guarding the farm, owned by a high-ranking military official, when they went on a “shooting spree.” Captain Hun Huon of Brigade E70’s Intervention Unit, 38, and his co-worker, 34-year-old third lieutenant Chim Sopheap, tried to escape after the non-fatal shooting, but were immediately arrested by police, who seized an AK-47 rifle, bullets and various military documents from them before they were sent to provincial military police headquarters for detainment.

At about 3 pm in the afternoon on Wednesday, a group of district authorities led by vice governor of Kampong Seila district, Top Penh, traveled to inspect the O-Tahory village farm, Maj. Narong said. After Mr. Huon and Mr. Sopheap disallowed the group from entering, they allegedly opened fire, spraying eight warning shots and causing the authorities to flee...

Maybe a replacement crop for the 400 Kg they lost in Battambang a few days ago.
