It probably is a shithole, and the doctor may be unqualified or may be incompetent.

However, one does not pass out because of the flu. You should get those tests ran.

Could be vitamin deficient or could be diabetic, could have cancer of the ass, AIDS etc. . .

@OP Even if you think you're ok now, might be an idea to get a checkup with a "proper doctor" ? Health care here is very much about prevention and not waiting until there's a serious problem.

This is a story that is essentially unchanged for 8 years regarding CT Clinic.
Sonja Kill hospital in Kampot has a good reputation despite the unfortunate choice of name.

Sihanoukville has a very high incidence of Typhoid, which can usually be killed with a single dose of Ciprofloxacin at the early onset of symptoms, the 2nd day works for me.
