Fresh jalapeños in PP

Post by Macmullo »

Has anyone ever seen fresh jalapeños in Phnom Penh?
I've checked about every market/grocery store /organic place that I can think of, to no avail.

A colonial Chap is growing them on a regular basis in Kampot, along with perhaps 6 other Mexican cultivars including Poblano and Serrano.
He also sells a wide variety of vegetable seeds.
This gent is known as Tom Drury, he may be able to accommodate you; contact him on Facebook.

Thanks for the tip. I'd love to get something besides a birds eye chili for cooking.
