A Foreigner (English Teacher?) Attempted To Jump Off The School to Commit Suicide

A foreigner was attempting to commit suicide by jumping off from the back of Norodom school around 1:10 pm on 20 January 2016. Police managed to save him. Police assumed that the foreigner was under the influence of drug.

He was going to jump with his bag? WTF.

I'd always jump on a Monday, before work, not half way through the week after already working 2 or 3 days. Idiot.

I would guess that the school didn't pay him or shorted him out of some money and this was his way of getting them to cough up the dough.
