what language is that?

there are around 4-5 homeless people who appear to have mental health issues that wander the streets daytime however they appear well fed and I think the female ones spend the night at a womans refuge at the referral hospital. Some how they get looked after to a degree here which is frankly amazing.

Being up at 5am either wandering around drunk or getting up before the sun in Victory could be construed as being mental in SHV! :lol:

I remember a few girls gone nuts, on the hill. One famous one from Chicken farm. A young and fit lady that lost her marbles. Needless to say it was preventable.
