Most Cambodians don't cover up when they are young because they think they don't feel shy, but when they grow up they cover up. Most parents who lives in remote area are poor and not really care about it that it can be the cause of child abuse.
Different from barangs. They really care their children. but when they grow up, they don't really care about their bodies.
